Dan Tarrant

Founder and Director

Dan Tarrant headshot-2.jpg

Dan Tarrant is the founder of Personally Catholic.

His heart is the same as the ministry's: called to lead Catholics into a more personal relationship with God in the heart of the Catholic Church.

Dan is the author of four books with the Imprimatur of the Catholic Church. He has directed award winning Catholic films. However, what he is most known for are his in-person messages at parishes, retreat centers, conferences and schools.

Dan is a very proud husband and adoptive father. Many of his best messages focus on family life and God's personal call to parents and young people to welcome God in the midst of heartache and trial.

Dan has a unique heart to serve the poorest of the poor and the most broken of the broken as evidenced by much of his film work – including his film work in Uganda and Kensington.

Dan also has a unique willingness to serve alongside Evangelical Christians as evidenced by his book Christian and Catholic and the guest speaking he has done in Protestant churches as a Catholic brother in Christ.

Dan has worked on numerous parish staffs and has a deep understanding of parish life.

Dan has the endorsement of Catholic leaders like Archbishop Chaput and Chris Stefanick.
